Cancellation Policy
Deposits solidify your spot in the booking system, and is applied to your balance (full price). Deposits are required for first time clients, and act as a place holder if failure to arrive, as artist-client is formed on trust! Deposits are non-refundable, apart from the situation an artist has failure to arrive to set appointment, then deposit will be refunded, unless the appointment is rescheduled. If client reschedules, a new deposit is required for the new appointment.
